Denise St Marie and Timothy Walker’s practice Time and Desire explores new-genre public art, text art, signage, interventionism and socially engaged installation that occupy both the public realm and the gallery.

For this year’s COME UP TO MY ROOM exhibition, Time and Desire will be taking inspiration from the Gladstone Hotel’s vernacular to create a series of text art interventions and signage which will be strategically placed in a variety of locations. Explore the hotel and be sure to pay attention to the fine print. Little surprises for the keen observer.
